Help - stuck on initializing. Drive not accessible

I ran a firmware update. The browser said the update was successful. But it then froze on the device rebooting screen.

Now the device appears in my network, but trying to access windows says the location is not accessible.

When I pull up the admin screen it says “initializing device. please wait.” But it hangs here. I’ve let it hang for an hour. 

I’ve also unplugged it and disconnected it from the network, then tried this again.

Still the same problem.

What should I do?

If there is no dashboard access, share access and/or ssh (if enable), RMA.

If pass warranty or not willing to RMA it, debrick. Follow guide V2.
