If you can help, I would be deightfully grateful.
My old hard drvie crashed a few days ago so I now have a new MAC book pro.
I had been backing up my old mac onto My bok Live through Time machine.
Now I want to bring the files from MBL to my new mac.
I put in the disk to install MBL. It said the install was complete. I don’t see the icon nor is Time Machine able to find MBL. It has something listed as “MyBookLive-Backup” but when I tell it to go there, it can’t connect.
I have restarted my computer.
All the lights on the MBL are green.
Internet is up and running.
I have no USB port on the MBL with which to connect directly.
