In order to open up shares across platforms, there is a small java applet we wrote that accesses the native file system to open up the shares. If you are getting this link, it is likely that you don’t have java installed (or maybe not the latest), or there is some issue with it on your system. If you are on a Mac (Lion and above), Java is not installed by default.
