I am updating the firmware through the dashboard.
The LED light looks white and a little bit violet.
Then it just stuck in there.
What should I do???

For how long has it been like this? i updated my unit a couple of days ago and it did the firmware updated normally. I recommend contacting support for further assistance on this issue:
