Does the power adapter of 3TB My Book Live suport 220 V?

I am about to buy the 3TB my book live in Canada but I am not sure if it will support 220v? I checked the user manual but it does not mention anything about it.
Can someone provide any help in this regard?

Here are the specs for  the adapter:

12 Volts
1.5 Amps
18 Watts

It is a global AC adapter so it will work as long as using the right adapter.

For more information:

Power adapter for WD products: WD TV, My Book, LiveWire, ShareSpace, MyDVR Expander, and Elements

Thanks for the reply.

But this post does not tell me if the adapter is comptabile for 110 V and 220 V.

I understand.

I updated my original post to answer that.

It’s a global adapter so it will be compatible.

Thanks.

I would appreciate if you put this information on your website. This can be clearly seen in the “Specifications” found for My Book

Current Requirements
Power Dissipation
AC Input Voltage 100-240 VAC
AC Input Frequency 47-63 Hz

But this can not be found for My Book Live
