DLNA/Dashboard not starting after sleep

New 3TB Mybook live with updated firmware. I’ve activated NFS access and the drive can be brought out of sleep by accessing the NFS mount from a networked PC (presumably because the drive supports wake-on-LAN).

My problem is that the WD DLNA server and dashboard (apache) are not restarted as the drive wakes.

It’s trivial enough to restart apache (via the init.d script) – but I can’t for the life of me find what starts the WD DNLA server. Can anybody help?

Also: is there any way to fine-tune the WD DNLA server (in the way the Twonky server was apparently available on port 9000)? It refuses to stream flac files (which it should, according to the documentation) – I presume this is a settings issue.

As a sideline, I notice that /tmp on the drive gets full very quickly – presumably not very healthy:

MyBookLive:/tmp# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/md1 1.9G 563M 1.3G 31% /
tmpfs 5.0M 0 5.0M 0% /lib/init/rw
udev 10M 6.7M 3.4M 67% /dev
tmpfs 5.0M 0 5.0M 0% /dev/shm
tmpfs 100M 100M 0 100% /tmp
ramlog-tmpfs 20M 3.4M 17M 17% /var/log
/dev/sda4 2.8T 305G 2.5T 11% /DataVolume
