Create A Database?

I am trying to create a database of sort on my MyBookk Live, my goal is bassicly if I want to search for say pictures of my uncle Joe to be able to search for “Uncle Joe” and have it bring up all the pictures with him in it. I’ve tried to just use windows explorer and adding taggs in the settings and that didn’t work. Or my other question is is there a way to install a database application like Picasa on the hard drive. Any Ideas?
