Copying Multiple Folders

I am trying to do is copy over multiple folders from one storage device to the mybook storage via ethernet but in the process of the copying the mybook inidicates the folders to be brought over are too large.  I know this is not the case because the mybook has 3TB of space while the folders combined memory is approx 4 gigs.

How can I select multiple folders to copy and paste without getting this error message?
