Suddenly cannot access mybook live. The unit has a constant blue but now blinks yellow every 7-8 seconds.
I cannot access my dashboard anymore.
I have tried pulling the plug, doing soft reset but still cannot access
Can anyone assist?
Hi etlimjap, according to the manual the blinking Yellow light happens because of a thermal warning or when the network cable is not inserted. Try using another Ethernet cable. Check page 12 of the manual for more information.
