This is a forum (users help other users) and even though some WD staff comes in here to answer questions sometimes, it is not an official channel for support.
Now, dashboard is accessed via http. It makes no difference if you hace Windows, Mac OS X or Linux.
Since you can conncect to dashboard (http) via the PC, there is something different at the Mac, not in MBL.
I would suggest you try to open it via its IP address vs name. Also, make sure both machines belong to the same LAN.
Also try a different browser see if you get different results.
