Cannot access mybooklive on wd2go

Hi,

I recently updated my wd mybooklive firmware to

MyBookLive  02.42.02-012 Since this update I have been unable to access a user i have setup on the user interface that was setup prior to the update i even deleted the user and recreated it and tried readding my device with an authorisation code but all i get is a device offline error

This error is really annoying me now as I cant access the files i need remotely

I hope someone can help

Hello, have you tried doing a simple power cycle? If the problem continues, you can also try pressing the reset button on the back of the my Book for 4 seconds.
