Can't login to our MyBook Live

We receive and error when we attempt  to login from our Windows 7 boxes:

Missing Application-Name manifest attribute for: http://mybooklive-device755412.wd2go.com/Admin/webapp/htdocs/MapDrive.jar?v=18

We have tried using Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox. Any ideas?

Hello,

 What version of Java do you have installed on your computer?

Are you able to try from a different computer?

Also you may try resetting the device.

I am having a similar problem, getting:

Missing Application-Name manifest attribute for: http://mybooklive.device396078.wd2go.com:8081/Admin/webapp/htdocs/MapDrive.jar?v=18

Using Java version 7, update 51

Won’t work on FF or IE, although it ‘used’ to work on FF up until several weeks ago.

Grrrrrrrr…
