Can't access My Book Live from the icon?

Hi,

I can’t seem to access My Book Live from the icon on my control panel anymore, when i click on it it only give me the option for ‘About WD Quick View’ why is this? I can see the light is blue which i know means its on standby, is this why i can’t access it? if so how to i wake it from standby?

Any help would be very appreciated!

Are you able to manually access the device by means of local network search using the device’s name and/or IP address? For example, \MYBOOKLIVE or \192.xxx.xxx.xxx? Does the device reply after a PING operation on the Windows Command Prompt?
