Can't acces UI site settings and folders are gone

Hello everyone,

i installed two days ago Twonky server and after this i can not login into 192.168.0.100/UI i don’t have acces to the settings the site is blank and i can only see Public folders not the one i created.

Can you help me please how to bring the UI back? Even when im trying to login in Putty it is connection timeout. What is wrong? Should i do factory restet? If es how do i do that?

If you’ve lost access via SSH, you won’t be able to do a factory reset.

Your device is “bricked.”

You will have to disassemble the drive and do a manual software installation using your PC.

Ohh, that’s sound not good to me. Could you please tell me how do i do that?
