Can only web access my shares with Firefox, but NOT with Internet Explorer

I have a Windows 7, 64 bit computer and I am unable to access my shares with Internet Explorer (IE) using 2 different computers.  I am able to log in, but the shares do not display.  It only states that I have “Shares (3)” and no option to proceed.

However, I am able to web access my shares using Mozilla Firefox.  Anyone have any ideas why it won’t work with IE?

Appreciate assistance.

_ You have to make sure that the latest version of Java is installed, and that ALL Oracale add-ons are enabled. _

_ Remote web access with Internet Explorer is now working for me. _
