When I enter my password to access My Book Live I goto to Oracle.com using my LG - T380 Laptop. If I use someone else’s Dell Laptop it is no problem.
How do I fix this?
you either need to update or install java

i have re-installed JAVA twice. no luck. this is a bigger issue here.
