Have you tried using FTP… 2 years with one and the Windows mapping worked for about two weeks.    I’ve done everything with Smartware showing the IP… then I just FTP to it.  

Flaky software they provide, Iwon’t even trust their backup software.  I want to see my files listed not stored in their backup file.

Windows 7…Netgear router
