Artwork in itunes library

hi, tried searching the forum and found a thread or two for an answer but not a definitive one. I have my music stored on my wd book live, how do i get artwork to show in itunes? When i view the music files on the wd book live, i can view the artwork in the finder, is it possible to view artwork in itunes form my wd book library? thanks

I have 200 albums on my drive and none show the artwork ?

surley it must me simple fix

The way I got artwork to show up was to map the drive then point iTunes to the mapped drive
