Alternative DLNA server that can resume on Samsung Smart TV

Hello,

I have 2 samsung smart tv’s that I use My Book Live with. I want to use the resume video option after I stopped and turned off my TV. I already update twonky to the lastest version and tried the WD DLA server bus both dont support this option.

Is there any DLNA player that van to this?

Hello,

The resume option is normally attached to the player that you are using, in this case your TV’s.

If you use a drive attached to the TV through the USB cable, are you able to resume the files?

Yes when I use a usb then it does work.
