The my book live was available on the network for 1 week where I transferred all my files and suddenly it fails to appear anywhere on the network, not as DLNA server or network drive. Tried reset with pin, power off power on, but nothing. Any idea what can I do to revive it.
Hello, what color is the front light on the My Book? You can try using the WDlink app to find it on your network. If the problem continues, you can try using another Ethernet cable or connecting the My Book directly to the PC and see if it’s recognized there.
