Have you created a ‘User’ for the private share or linked a User to the private share?

You will also need a password for the private share.

For example create a User … Joe Bloggs

assign the private folder to Joe Bloggs to share 

then click on the private share and type in Joe Bloggs and the password of the share. (the screen shot you submitted)
