Short cut to power off MBLD?

does anyone know of a shortcut in order to turn off the MBLD when you need to ? I'm thinking either a script or a 'hidden' webpage on the MBLD that you can quickly access the power off button quickly with ?

or via ssh ?

You can do this through the Quickview Tray applet if you want.
