Never mind on this. I figured it out.
When WD writes a TIP of: “TIP: You can also share files remotely with family and friends by creating a new user on your My Book Live Duo, and then creating a separate web access account for that specific user through the web interface,”…
I thought “web interface” meant using wd2go.com.
It would be a lot more clear if they would write,
“TIP: You can also share files remotely with family and friends by creating a new uUser on your My Book Live Duo, and then creating Registering a separate wWeb aAccess account for that specific user through using the web interface Dashboard.”
Yes, this is semantics, but with a more concise use of terms, the “TIP” they provided would be a lot more clear.
