To whom it may concern:
After the last firmware update i was not able to log via ssh with my regular user (my root login was disabled).I tried different ways to re-enable the old login method - only with an regular user ) but in the end i was able to log in via ssh ONLY with the root account.Today i checked my last logins and, suprise, i found one login from a Bangkok IP, 20 days ago , logged in FOR 9 HOURS.Of course, no trace left behind,bash history etc My root password was not changed, i was logged in only from my lan (still ssh port forwarded) from my computer whos clean.I didn t found nothing installed/running yet but who knows.How come this thing happend?
How i can reinstall the new firmware, the old one is not allowed apparently?There is a download link because i cant find nothing on WD site?
