Slow connection

Hi,

I have My Book Live Duo 3+3 TB, network connection is slow. For example when I press Save, it is waiting for saving as attached picture, I’m trying several ways but still slow. Any way to fast connection?

My other problem is;

I connected a 3,5" external HDD(Western Digital Ext HDD 1021), all permittes are on but I can’t write on it. Only I can copy. Picture attached.

No need to read, first pictures showing; waiting when saving a excel file, second picture showing; all permissions allowed.
