I want to create a share which users have privileges to read, write but not delete (add files, modify files but not delete files). the settings on the dashboard only give me the option to set full access or read only. I want to be able set specific privileges like the ones Windows OS offers to shared folders.
Now I already got contacted by wd support telling me “There is unfortunately no option available on the My Book Live Duo to specify that a user is allowed to add files, modify files but not delete data in a private share.” and I want to know if there is any work around this issue.
