I have three problems in my wd dou appliance

first problem

my wd live duo froze when I entered over  web gui. appeared error message is ’ Intializing device.Please Wait’

second problem

data volume failed to mout

third problem

 When I want to update firmware  . Error message appears 31102 devices does not have space for upgrade.

finally ,I dont  reach my files. Is my files lost?  Is there anyone help me.
