Grey Bar instead of colour, space till taken up

im having a issue with my drive, it says the status is “good” and my data is on the drive as 3.6Tb/4TB is taken up but i cant access any of my shares and they show up as 0kb in dashboard, has any1 got any sugestions?

Try a power cycle and a drive reset by holding the reset button on the back for 4 seconds.
