This morning, I was trying to logon to my 6TB MyBookLive on my mac via Finder (recently updated to Yosemite), and I got a message that said my username or password were wrong. I had to force mac shutdown because iTunes would not allow it to shutdown normally. I then turned on my Windows 7 PC (which has the WD Quickview), and could not logon to the dashboard, and now the QV says 0% used (have 251 GB of data) and UNK Temp, and the front and network lights are blinking green.
What can I do? I’m afraid to shut it down (primarily if writing files), and I’ve never used the reset function. Help!
