Can not open file from internet

I’ve used mybookliveduo at my home and I can connect through wifi or LAN and I also can connect from android/iphone.

But when I try to connect outside my home via internet or another wifi, I can not acces my file in mybookliveduo.

Can anyone to help me to solve this problem?
