Built-in Solid State Memory for Internal Hard Disk Drives for Quick Star Up

It always takes some time to start up a computer. Why don't you include a built-in solid state memory on your hard disk drive which stores an operating system during shutdown so that when you start your computer again it will only take few seconds before it becomes operational. And make the memory larger in order to support multiple O.S.,thanks.
