hi when i run data lifeguard diagnostics it stucks after 5 minutes and doent complete rma? also when i copy data to or from hdd it hangs windows explorer

It sounds like the drive might be experiencing bad sectors.

As troubleshooting step, take the information out of the drive and run the DLG Tool and write zeros to the drive.
