My internet is connected, the cords and green light are in working order. As soon as i try and connect the hard drive the light flashes green and displays the following message …

- be sure that your drive displays a solid green light …
- check to see that your internet is working properly …
Ive followed the simple instructions to first plug in my hard drive, connect it to the internet, wait for a solid green light, insert the cd and follow the instructions. And yes im running on windows. What am I doing wrong ?
