hi i have i passport essential which i previously set up on my old laptop that has died and i want to change my password how do i do this. i have windows 8. it brings up the unlocker which i unlock but there is no settings button to change my settings ect TIA
Please install the Smartware application that comes on the drive.
After that you will have the drive settings option to remove or change the password.
