hi i have a problem on my WD studio 2T, when i connect to my computer i wont recognice the drive but the drive inside is spinning. what is the problem on this hard drive?

  • Have you connect the drive to another computer?

  • Are you connecting the drive to a PC or Mac

  • What’s the drive file system Fat32, NTFS or HFS?

  • If you access Disk Management do you see the drive?

  • If you access device manager do you see the drive?
