Try the EaseUS Disk Wizzard http://www.easeus.com/resource/repair-raw-disk.htm A final thing I have read sometimes fixes a Raw drive is to run the command prompt to convert FAT32 to NTFS. Scroll down about halfway to see the prompt http://support.microsoft.com/kb/214579 . In Vista and Windows 7 run command prompt an an adninistrator.
