Hi dear I am new here and big problem. last night my hdd wd 2tb 3usb working well , restart  the pc my hdd is gone and windows xp or windows 7 says that have to format the hdd , from demo recovery active@file recover  software i can see the hdd name and ntfs  partition the how can i recover my hdd with out formarting please … i wii be greate full to any one how can give me advise how to do it , thanks in regards

If the information is corrupted you need to use a data recovery program to recover it. You try with  Recuva.
