I have a defective external hard drive , with a RMA number that I need to ship out. I live in Ohio and was looking for a shipping address label that WD claims I can print , but can’t find it.

You should see the label on your RMA Pre-mailer, you print the label and taped into the box.

Keep in mind this is not a prepaid shipping label.
