Hi,
I bought a WD 2TB My book essential yesterday. set up all the drivers and smartware programs. (windows 7OS 32 bit)
But I am unable to transfer any data onto it from my desktop becoz the transfer speed is in KBs per sec. On my laptop, the transfer stops almost at the end of the transfer bar due to some reason and then after 10-15 mins, it gets done. I cannot transfer any data due to this problem. so far i have transfered only a 340 Mb of mp3s onto it succesfully and without any delay. Help appreciated!!!
