I have a 1TB My Notebook Essential that is up to date on firmware and software. It is showing 790GB of “Additional Files” that I can’t see or access. Any ideas on what is going on here? Have run malware detection, defragging, etc. Help.

Try enabling show hidden files and see if they show.

You can see this under smartware, correct? This are just files that smartware backed up or are attempting to back up. No worries.
Joe - Thank you for the response. Tried that, still no luck. I am stumped. 790GB of mystery files… Thinking I should buy another drive and format this one.
Yes, but I also see only 130GB available on my Windows hardware page, when I only have about 80GB stored on a 1TB drive.
