I have a 1TB My Notebook Essential that is up to date on firmware and software. It is showing 790GB of “Additional Files” that I can’t see or access. Any ideas on what is going on here? Have run malware detection, defragging, etc. Help. Thanks

Yes, but I also see only 130GB available on my Windows hardware page, when I only have about 80GB stored on a 1TB drive.
