Hi
If mybook Model WD2000H2NC-00 is connected to my laptop it stops the USB ports working. If I restart all is well again until the Mybook is switched on / connected. This occurs with a direct RJ45 connection or via wireless router.
OS is Vista
Tried uninstalling USB’s and reinstalling drivers. Worked until next connection of the Mybook.
Would appreciate some help.
