Replacement Power Adapter

2.5A will be fine … since the original adaptor is 1.5A that’s all the current that will be drawn from the 2.5A

The BIG NO-NO is using a lower amperage adaptor  eg. 1.0A   which will run hot and eventually burn out the adaptor.

Also that website you posted a link to, says it’s compatible as well…
