Problem western digital elements

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my external hard drive wd elements 1.5TB.

I have three PCs at home: 2 with Windows 8.1 and 1 with windows 7x64 professional.
On the pc with windows 7 I can not access the external HD: it is recognized and installed but there is no way to access it.

Can anyone give me a hand?

Hello,

Make sure you have the drive plugged in directly to the computer, avoid any USB extension cords and also USB Hubs. It is possible the drive is not getting enough power from this computer in order to spin up properly.
