Need Help Restoring the ORIGINAL files on WD My Book Duo

Hi!

I just purchased my brand new “WD 12TB My Book Duo External RAID Storage” and while playing with the software (with the RAID configuration), I accidentally deleted everything from the drive.

Anyone knows where can I download the ORIGINAL files and programs that came with this drive?

I only need a *.zip package of the whole thing, so I can copy them back onto the drive.

I assume it’s the same for all these type of units, regardless of capacity, so if someone would just did me a favor, put them into a *.zip file and sent it to me, that would be great too.

Thank you, and I had found exactly the same downloads, HOWEVER, they are NOT the exact, original files and directories as what the drive came out with.

There was an installation file, separate directories for Windows and Mac, etc, etc, a bunch of stuff and that’s why I asked for help recovering the ORIGINAL (as I specifically emphasized it) files, as they were factory-installed on the drive.

Can anyone be so nice to just copy them all into a *.zip file and send them to me, please?

Same issue.  This was never answered, it appears.  Anyone?  (Like this user, I’m looking for all the original files the drive shipped with.)
