My NAS went into degraded mode recently. I followed instructions on another thread to enter Advanced Mode - Storage-Disk Manager to diagnose a faulty disk. But when I tried to enter the Disk Manager, I get this error
/usr/sbin/parted: write error: Broken pipe
PS - the whole device is now running like a dog. With broken legs. And a concrete overcoat.
Any advice / support welcomed.

no, the firmware update process seems to timeout… :o(
