After I edit and save a file, the back-up window (even a day later) shows that this file has not been backed up, reason being “object reference not set to an instance of the object”. I am using WD Smartware, which came with the MyBook Elite. Currently I am using version 1.2.0.8. I am not aware of any substitute software.
