My book causing problems with Adobe Lightroom 3

I’ve been having problems with the computer booting up properly. I noted that when I disconnected the drive the problem went away.

I uninstalled all software associated with the WD drive and started from scratch on reinstalling everything.

Now, for some odd reason, every time I unplug or plug the drive in Adobe Lightroom automatically starts up. This is not a fluke and is repeatable. This may be part of the boot problems my computer is having.

Any solutions?

Thanks.

Terry

Also, when the computer boots up Lightroom 3 automatically starts. This is a direct result of the WD Drive / software.

The boot issues had to do with your computer trying to boot from the external drive

disable boot from usb and legacy usb support ( if you don’t use an usb mouse or keyboard )

updating the Bios should work… you can talk to the motherboard people for more info

About Adobe… not related…  you can edit the startup programs trough msconfig
