I am using WD Elements for the past two days it is not showing up in my computer I have checking in disk management still no go need help
I would recommend testing the device with Western Digital Data Lifeguard Diagnostics for Microsoft Windows after changing the USB cable and the power adapter.

If the device is still not recognized or if it fails a diagnostics test, then unfortunately the device may need to be replaced under warranty.
