New Pictures no longer showing up on WD photo for last year for some reason .They are stored on PC in default my pictures under user name which is shared , I haven’t changed . Will upload if I take pic on mobile . Any ideas? Thanks

Hello there,

In order to better assist you, can you please specify if the pictures are on the shared pictures folder on the unit correct? Try to restart the drive to see if this helps.

Hi,

My pictures on my desktop are under This PC - Pictures ( Windows 10). I have SmartWare installed. I have backed up my PC to Public option . It is confusing - all the files are visible on MBL in both Public and SmartWare folders , but only photos up to 2013 are visible on WD photos. I don’t understand the difference between backup Smartware or Public - seems you just back up 2 copies of PC and use up storage on MBL . I would like to see photos on WD photos - not clear why not now working - but there are lots of subfolders exploring MBL and its all a bit complex for me I think!
